Kids Cardboard Playhouse Die Line -- 2

I need a clean, production-ready die line for a corrugated cardboard playhouse. The concept is a simple, child-sized playhouse—nothing fancy like castles or cottages—just a classic house silhouette with functional windows and doors that can open and close once assembled.

I will supply overall size limits and flute thickness as soon as we start; you translate that into an efficient layout that nests well on a standard sheet, shows clear cut, score, and perforation lines, and includes all locking tabs so the structure stays sturdy with no glue.

Deliverables
• Vector die line (AI or PDF) with cut, crease, and perforation layers clearly separated
• 3D mock-up or flattened layout preview to confirm fit and assembly
• Simple assembly diagram for end users

Acceptance Criteria
The file must be ready for immediate hand-off to a corrugator, respect the provided sheet size, and allow the windows and doors to swing freely without weakening the walls.

Experience with corrugated packaging CAD tools (ArtiosCAD, Impact, or similar) is preferred, but any method works as long as the output is accurate and production-ready.
