I need a fresh, modern exterior concept for the Al-Khobar Hotel. The job is limited to the façade itself—no structural changes or full landscaping plans—so I’m looking for a concise, visually striking solution that re-skins the existing building.

• Produce one modern façade concept in PDF or JPG, plus the editable source file (SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• Provide a front-elevation drawing with basic dimensions and material notes to guide future detailing.
• Include one daytime and one dusk render that shows how the façade will read with ambient lighting.
