3D Interior Rendering – Media Wall (Ongoing Work)

We are looking for a reliable 3D designer to create photo-realistic renders and panoramics for interior projects. This initial test project is a media feature wall, but if successful, there will be ongoing work including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, feature walls, and even full home redesigns.

We are a construction company and are also developing a standalone online 3D interior design service, so this role could grow into a long-term partnership.

Project Specifications (Test Project):
- Wall dimensions: 492 cm (W) × 242 cm (H)
- 1.8m centre console with 65" TV and sound bar in recesses
- 180 cm (W) × 52 cm (H) × 28 cm (D) 3-sided electric fireplace
- Per side of console:
  – 1 × bulkhead (with recessed LED strip lighting)
  – 2 × shelves (with recessed LED strip lighting)
  – 1 × pedestal
- LED strip lighting behind TV

Style: Match the client’s existing décor (references provided).

Reference Files: Walkthrough video, wall photo, layout photo, lighting ref, fireplace ref, and an example of an assembly-style video where components fly/drop into place.

Deliverables:
- High-quality rendered images (2–3 perspectives)
- 3D panoramic (browser-friendly, no specialist software required)
- Optional: short assembly-style video (10–30s) for social media

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong portfolio of interior design renders
- Ability to replicate styles from references
- Reliable and fast turnaround
- Clear communication
- (Preferred) Ability to create short videos/animations

Budget:
€30–€50 per project for renders + panoramic (media wall). Extra available if you can also provide the assembly-style video.
