3D Interior Rendering

I’m redesigning a living room and need a photorealistic 3-dimensional rendering that captures a clean, modern aesthetic.

Please model the room layout from my sketches and reference photos (supplied once we start), apply realistic materials, and balance the light so textures read clearly both day and night. Final deliverables are:

1. High-resolution still image(s) ready for print and online presentation
2. An editable source file in the software you prefer (3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp + V-Ray/Corona, etc.)
3. One round of minor revisions to fine-tune colours, materials or camera angle

If you have a portfolio that shows modern interiors with sharp furniture detail and convincing lighting, I’d love to see it.
