I'm seeking a skilled 3D modeler to create realistic interior designs for 2BHK and 3BHK flats for my real estate and construction firm. These designs are crucial for client presentations and marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create 3D models based on provided floor plans and measurements
- Design interiors for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms with realistic materials and textures
- Use reference images/styles provided by our team to match desired modern aesthetics
- Deliver high-quality renders (and walkthrough animations if possible)
- Ensure models are true-to-scale and proportionate
- Provide source files in SketchUp along with final renders
