360° Interior Layout Renderings

I already hold a clean, well-proportioned 3D model of one seat and a floor plan that pins down the exact spots for every single, double and three-seater sofa, plus both small and large tables. What I now need are presentation-ready 360-degree views that let viewers look freely around the finished space.

Your job starts by taking the existing seat, duplicating and adapting it into its other sofa variants, then modelling the two table sizes. Once those pieces are ready, place everything precisely where the plan indicates, light the environment convincingly and apply detailed textures so fabrics, metals and wood read naturally in close-up. The final scene should render cleanly without artifacts or blown highlights.

Deliverables
• Clean scene file with all furniture variants and tables in position
• High-resolution 360° renders (equirectangular, JPG or PNG) ready for web or VR viewing

I’m happy to work in whichever major DCC package and renderer you prefer—Blender/Cycles, 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Maya with Arnold, etc.—as long as the end result meets the realism and resolution requirements outlined above.
