3D Interior Designer for Residential Soft Fit-Out

Modern Residential 3D Interior Design (Soft Fit-Out Only)

We are seeking a professional 3D interior designer to create a modern soft Fit-out design for a residential space.
Note: This is a soft Fit-out project — no structural changes, demolitions, or major ceiling works. Only chandeliers may be added as the ceiling design is fixed.
- Kitchen are Excluded (Not Included)


Scope of Work

Living & Sitting Room Design (including furniture)
Master Bedroom Design (including furniture)
Single Bedroom Design (1 bed, with furniture)
Triple Bedroom Design (3 beds, with furniture)
Chandelier Proposals — must complement the overall look and feel
Modern Style throughout



Deliverables

High-quality 3D renderings (realistic and detailed)
All furniture included in the design
Detailed shop drawings for all furniture and the decorative items (soft fit out )
Elevations with full dimensions
Material and color specifications
Furniture selection list (with market references if possible)


Requirements

Proven experience in modern residential design
Strong 3D visualization skills (3ds Max + V- Ray , SketchUp)
High attention to detail and design realism
Awareness of the Egyptian market (preferred, but not mandatory)
Excellent communication and ability to deliver full documentation



Deliverable Quality

Renderings should be photo-realistic, suitable for client presentation and execution.
Shop drawings must be precise and production-ready.
