Interior Design for 2+1 Flat – Full 2D & 3D Design

We are looking for an experienced interior designer to create a complete interior design plan for a 2+1 flat.

Project Scope:

Design should include:

Entrance area

Living hall (1)

Kitchen (with breakfast counter) (1)

Study room (1)

Bedrooms (2)

Bathrooms (1)

False ceiling design

Key Challenges:

Ceiling height is 9 feet

Multiple structural beams in the middle of the house

Need smart beam-covering solutions without making space look low

Design should look modern, spacious, and elegant

Required Deliverables:

2D layout plan (furniture, electrical, false ceiling, etc.)

3D views of all rooms

Editable source files (AutoCAD / SketchUp / etc.)

PDF versions of all drawings

Complete color codes (walls, ceiling, furniture, tiles)

Lighting layout with fixture suggestions

Amazon links for lighting items (if possible)

Important:

All drawings must be provided in editable format.

We will share all existing house photos after project confirmation.

Practical storage solutions and space optimization required.
