3D Interior Design for Educational Club
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Overview:
We are a youth-focused educational club that recently secured a new indoor space of approximately 100m². We invite qualified architects and interior designers to submit a proposal for the full 3D interior design of the facility. The goal is to create a modern, engaging, and functional space tailored to robotics, coding, and creative learning for children and teens.
Organization Background:
Our club offers hands-on workshops in robotics, coding, digital creativity, and visual arts. We focus on interactive learning through technology and project-based activities for young learners. The new space should support both individual learning and group collaboration.
Scope of Work:
The final design must include the following areas:
3 Classrooms (1 existing in the back)
1 Computer Lab (wall-mounted desk layout)
1 Robotics Room (collaboration-focused layout)
1 Multi-purpose Room
2 Bathrooms (boys and girls)
1 Kitchenette
3x open office concept. (small)
1 Storage Room
1 Outdoor Sitting Area (with benches and planters)
1 Reading Corner (with bookshelves and seating)
1 Cafeteria or simple eating space
Ceiling concept suggestions
Special Entrance Feature:
At the entrance (via the stairs), visitors face a wall. We would like to install a digital check-in point—such as a wall-mounted touchscreen and scanner—for kids to check in.
Design Guidelines:
Youth-friendly, bright, and clean aesthetic
Glass or semi-transparent partitions where possible
Good use of lighting to enhance creativity and comfort
Durable materials suitable for high activity and daily use
Creative elements that reflect both technology and arts
Deliverables Required:
Full 3D interior renders of all spaces
Detailed floor plan with layout and measurements
Suggested color palette and materials
Final presentation file in PDF also 3D tour
