3D Interior Design for Apartment

I'm seeking a talented 3D interior designer to bring my apartment vision to life. I have a clear idea of what I want and need a professional design to present to an entrepreneur. The project includes designing the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilets, terrace, and office with a modern style using neutral tones.

- Create a 3D interior design for multiple rooms: living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilets, terrace, and office
- Provide high-quality, detailed 3D renderings suitable for presentation
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D interior design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern interior designs
- Ability to incorporate client ideas into cohesive designs
- Attention to detail and ability to create realistic renderings

General Design Guidelines:
Ceiling Moldings: Add classic cornice moldings on all ceiling corners throughout the apartment.
Wall Colors:
All rooms should have beige walls, except:
Toilets and bathroom: Burgundy red walls.
Office: Pastel green on both walls and ceiling.
Ceilings: All ceilings should be painted a lighter shade of beige than the walls.
Wall Panelling: Include decorative wall panelling on doors and walls in all rooms except the kitchen.
Flooring: Use a chevron-patterned wooden floor (pointe de Hongrie) throughout the apartment.
Custom Storage:
Arched Storage Units: Include arched built-in storage units above the desks.
Kitchen Storage:
Add storage cabinets on all walls in the kitchen.
Create an arched opening between the kitchen and the adjacent room for a more elegant transition.
Layout Adjustments:
Partition Wall: Add a partition wall to create an additional bedroom, as indicated in the layout plan (attached or to be provided).
Preserve Existing Layout: Please do not change the structure of existing rooms (to avoid heavy construction work).
