3-D Interactive Navigation Website

I need a complete website built where the core experience is driven by interactive 3-D elements used specifically for user navigation. When visitors land on the site, I want them to move through pages by engaging with dynamic, WebGL-powered objects rather than traditional flat menus.

The visual style will follow modern, minimal UI, but the navigation must feel immersive—think rotating models or spatial transitions that respond to cursor or touch input. Three.js, Babylon.js, or any comparable WebGL framework is acceptable so long as performance is smooth on desktop and mobile browsers.

Key deliverables:
• Fully responsive website coded and deployed to my hosting
• Custom 3-D navigation component(s) with clear, documented code
• Progressive fallback UX for devices that cannot render WebGL
