Interactive Exhibition Booth Design

I need a fresh exhibition-booth concept that puts interactivity at the centre and instantly pulls in a general-public crowd. The space has to be inviting, easy to navigate and robust enough to handle high footfall throughout an event week.

Here is what I’m aiming for: an immersive visitor journey that lets passers-by touch, explore or play with our content rather than just look at static displays. I’m still deciding whether that should involve touch-screen stations, a small VR corner, live demo counters or a clever mix, so I’m open to your creative and technical guidance on the best route for impact and budget efficiency.

Deliverables I will need from you:
• Concept mood boards capturing look & feel
• 3D visualisations (plan, elevations and a hero perspective)
• A concise list of suggested interactive tech with specs, rental sources or build notes
• Final production drawings ready for the stand-builder, including power and network layouts

All artwork files must be provided in an editable format (AI or PSD preferred) alongside the high-res renders. Timelines are tight: first concept in one week, final pack within three. If you have experience designing crowd-pleasing, hands-on booths, let’s make this stand the highlight of the show.
