Interactive ESB Substation 3D Model

Job ID: 40028695

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a full set of PDF drawings for a modular ESB substation and need them transformed into a single, interactive 3-D model that is accurate enough for technical engineering analysis. Every visible element—external cladding, concrete foundations, structural steel, busbars, switchgear, cable ladders, protection panels, lighting and ancillary equipment—must be represented at true scale so that clearances, access routes and clash checks can be performed later.

The files you deliver should let me navigate through and isolate assemblies easily; native source files plus a neutral format (STEP or FBX) will keep the wider team covered. I am flexible on the authoring package as long as the end result meets the dimensional fidelity and layering conventions typical of substation design workflows.

To make sure we are aligned, I will supply:
• the full PDF drawing set (plans, elevations, sections, equipment schedules)
• manufacturer cut-sheets for the primary devices
• a short video briefing on the required interactivity

Acceptance criteria:
• geometry matches drawing dimensions to ±2 mm
• all equipment tagged by its drawing reference
• foundations and fixing points included
• model opens error-free and allows object isolation / exploded views

Please include a link or two to previous substation or industrial plant models you have built so I can gauge style and detail before we kick off.
