We’re seeking a passionate and skilled freelancer to manage our Instagram account and drive lead generation.
Job Description:
We are hiring a freelancer to manage our Instagram page and help us grow our startup by creating engaging content and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, with a focus on Instagram. You will be responsible for designing posts, scheduling content, engaging with followers, and implementing strategies to attract potential customers interested in our printed T-shirts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and create visually appealing Instagram posts (images, carousels, reels, stories) showcasing our T-shirt designs, using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts consistently (e.g., 3-5 posts per week) to maintain an active presence.
- Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers to build a community around FlairPrints.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract potential customers, such as running targeted Instagram ads, collaborating with influencers, or creating promotional campaigns.
- Hashtag & Trend Research: Use relevant hashtags and stay updated with Instagram trends to increase post reach and visibility.
- Profile Optimization: Optimize our Instagram bio, highlights, and profile to reflect our brand and attract followers.
- Analytics Tracking: Monitor Instagram insights to track growth, engagement, and lead conversion, providing weekly/monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Voice Development: Maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates with our target audience (e.g., young, trendy, creative individuals).
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts, preferably for e-commerce or fashion brands.
- Strong graphic design skills to create high-quality posts featuring our T-shirt designs.
- Knowledge of Instagram algorithms, hashtags, and growth strategies.
- Experience with lead generation through social media (e.g., ads, DM outreach, influencer collaborations).
- Familiarity with Instagram Ads Manager for creating and managing paid campaigns (budget to be discussed).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to followers promptly.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends in fashion and social media.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and startup environments is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with small businesses or startups in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Portfolio showcasing previous Instagram content or social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Planoly for scheduling posts.
- Knowledge of basic photography/videography for creating reels or stories.
