Budget: $250 – $750 USD

The project centres on my prototype “infinite electric power cell,” a 6 in × 6 in × 2 in black enclosure featuring an ON/OFF button, a dedicated charge button, an LED battery-level bar and three USB output ports. Rising from the top surface is a 1.5-inch-diameter clear tube round filled with water. A pusher fan sits at each end of the tube while three smaller collector fans flank each side—six controller fans in total. As soon as the internal battery drops to roughly 45 %, the fans activate, circulate the water, harvest the resulting charge and top the battery back up. LED strips beneath the tube illuminate the water tube during this cycle.

I now need a complete engineering treatment:

• Hand-sketched drawings, clearly annotated, that cover every electrical, mechanical and waterproofing aspect—from the battery pack and charging circuit to fan placement, seals, gaskets and enclosure joins.
• A concise parts list naming each major component (fans, LEDs, switches, battery, board, seals, tube, housing panels, USB modules).
• Written explanations describing how each subsystem works, how the device maintains water-tight integrity, and how the water tube, fans and charge circuit interact.

Acceptance criteria
1. All sketches are legible, labeled and dimensioned; cross-sections highlight gasket placement and cable routing.
2. Electrical and mechanical interactions are explained step-by-step in plain language.
3. Each part called out in the sketches appears in the basic list with a unique identifier matching the drawing labels.
4. A short narrative confirms how the design prevents leaks and protects electronics under continuous operation.

Deliver everything as high-resolution scans or photos of the annotated sketches in PDF format plus a separate text document for the functional explanations and parts list.
