Industrial Office 3D Interior Design

I already have the architectural plan approved for our new administration block and the structure is up, so the footprint and partitions are fixed. What I now need is a full 3-dimensional interior vision that turns this 14-foot-clear-height shell into a creative, inspiring workplace rooted in an unmistakably industrial aesthetic—think exposed steel, warm timber accents, and bold lighting that celebrates the vertical volume.

The scope covers every front-of-house and work zone: the main reception area, all individual and open-plan offices, conference rooms, and the common circulation spaces that knit the admin block together. Because the plan is locked, I’m looking for imaginative use of finishes, furniture, ceilings, and lighting to achieve flow and visual cohesion rather than layout changes.

I’ll provide the CAD files, elevations, and site photos the moment we start. In return I’d like:

• Two distinct concept schemes, each with mood boards and key material samples, so we can choose a direction quickly.
• Detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders (4K stills minimum) for every space noted above, built in the tool you’re most comfortable with—SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Revit, or similar—as long as the native files come back to me at hand-off.
• A concise finishes and furniture schedule keyed to the renders so my procurement team can cost it out.
• One round of revisions after the first full set of renders, then final polishing for sign-off.
