Industrial Kitchen Layout Design
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to re-imagine my kitchen in a clean, utilitarian industrial style that makes day-to-day cooking and prep effortless. I’d like a full design concept—floor plan, elevations, and realistic visuals—so I can hand everything straight to my contractor.
Key points you should know
• Style: industrial throughout—think exposed accents, robust fixtures, and a muted palette that still feels warm.
• Function: the layout must prioritize efficient cooking and meal prep flow (work triangle, generous counter runs, smart appliance placement).
• Countertops: I’m leaning toward a solid grey surface; concrete, stainless, or other grey-toned options are welcome—surprise me with practical suggestions that resist staining and heat.
Deliverables
1. Scaled plan with cabinets, appliances, and lighting points.
2. Two or more high-quality 3D renders showing material finishes and colour palette.
3. Material and fixture schedule, including at least two solid-grey countertop recommendations with pros/cons.
4. Source files (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) plus PDFs for easy sharing.
I can supply current measurements and photos as soon as we start. Let me know the software you prefer and your expected turnaround time so we can lock in milestones and get this kitchen underway.
