Industrial 3D Commercial Room Design

I need a full 3-dimensional visualisation of a commercial-use room in an unmistakably industrial style. The final scene should feel authentic and ready for client presentations, with realistic lighting, materials and textures that showcase raw, utilitarian character.

Key highlight requested
• “Mini” focal details – small accent pieces or zones that draw the eye without cluttering the open industrial look.

Scope of work
Create the entire space from modelling through to polished, high-resolution renders. Think exposed structural elements, honest materials and a clean layout that lets those mini accents stand out. The finished model must be supplied in an editable format (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp or similar) alongside at least three photorealistic stills showing different camera angles.

Acceptance criteria
– Accurate industrial mood, suitable for commercial marketing use
– Clean, well-organised scene file with labelled layers/groups
– Final renders at minimum 4K resolution
– All textures either royalty-free or clearly credited for commercial reuse
