Industrial Building Photo-Realistic Render
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a render of an industrial building. This render will be used primarily for marketing purposes, so it needs to be visually striking and professionally executed.
Key Focus Areas:
- Exterior Design: The render should highlight the building's exterior features. This includes architectural details, materials, and overall design aesthetic.
- Surrounding Environment: The context in which the building exists is crucial. The render should incorporate the surrounding environment to provide a sense of scale and location.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modelling software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.)
- Experience in creating photo-realistic renders
- Strong understanding of industrial architecture
- Ability to create compelling marketing visuals.
With your expertise, I hope to transform this industrial building into an appealing visual for potential clients and stakeholders.
I got close with an AI generated image (attached) but would like to get an improved version.
I want to show a small maritime technology park of 3 buildings located withing a Mediterranean shipyard environment.
The focus should be one 1 primary building which is a two story modern building with the ground floor being a double height hangar and the second floor being office space.
The primary building should be harbourside and some of the shipyard context should be visible.
The primary building should feature the two company logos prominently as signage.
The 2 secondary buildings should be in the background.
The 3 buildings buildings should be of modern construction steel/glass and of grey colour.
The model shipyard is Skaramangas Shipyard (nr Athens, Greece) see https://skaramangas.gr/infrastructure/

I'm trying to painta realistic picture of what this small technology park could look like with the primary building being jointly occupied by the two companys.
The AI_Image_01.jpg includes a modern almost military style RiB boat on the water near the building with a leisure yacht less prominently in the background. I would like to include this concept in the image.
