Concept Designer for ISO Shipping Container Units
I am developing a product line called the Capsule Collection - permanent, foundation-set structures built from authentic ISO shipping containers (not lookalikes or custom steel boxes).
At this stage, I only need low-cost, photorealistic, buildable concept designs to determine product-market fit.
No engineering, no code compliance, and no Title 24 required.
This is ideal for talented designers (including ambitious newcomers) who want paid work and strong portfolio pieces.
Accepted Container Sizes (Important)
Your designs must use real ISO shipping containers with accurate proportions and corrugated steel:
• 10HC (10’ x 8’ x 9’6”)
• 20HC (20’ x 8’ x 9’6”)
• 40HC (40’ x 8’ x 9’6”)
No custom-fabricated steel structures.
No smooth-wall fantasy models.

You may apply to design for one category or multiple.
Deliverables Per Concept
A. Exterior Renderings (Photorealistic)
• 1-2 photorealistic exterior renders
• Accurate ISO proportions and corrugated steel
• Realistic cutouts (windows/doors)
• Clean, modern aesthetic
B. Interior Reveal Requirement
At least one exterior rendering must show the interior through open doors/windows OR a cutaway/sectional reveal.
C. Floorplan
• Logical layout
• Realistic furniture scaling
• Basic utility zones marked (rough only)
D. Interior Renderings (if included)
• 1-2 high-quality interior views
• Natural lighting, realistic materials
• Believable circulation and finishes
This is concept-only.
No engineering, no structural calcs, no MEP design.

I anticipate needing 10-50+ designs over time.

You do not need to be an architect.
You do need to:
• Model real ISO containers
• Use proper corrugated steel texture
• Design realistic spaces
• Deliver clean, modern, photorealistic visuals
