I need high-quality 3D renders and facade drawings for my property at 20 Belinda Loop, Western Australia, based on photos, my sketch, and written notes.
Keep existing brickwork but add Mediterranean/Tuscan-inspired features:
Left-side pergola with low brick/hedge front wall.
Balcony shading over windows left and right of protruding section.
Garage converted to bedrooms with new window designs.
What I’ll Provide:
Current house photos.
Hand-drawn sketch.
Notes explaining changes.
Deliverables:
Realistic 3D renders (at least 1 front view & 1 angled view).
Formats flexible, must open on standard Windows or MacOS PCs.
