3D House Model with Extension

I need two 3D models of two adjacent houses, one before and one after an additional storey is added to one of the houses. The purpose of this modeling is to demonstrate the impact of the second storey on the neighboring house.

I can provide photos, architectural plans, measurements, or any other necessary information to help create very realistic models for a presentation.

Requirements:
- Moderate detail with textures and materials
- 2D drawings of the houses will be provided

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software
- Experience with architectural modeling
- Ability to work from 2D drawings
