3D House Model from AutoCAD

I need a skilled 3D artist to convert my AutoCAD house plans into a 3D model. The project includes both interior and exterior rendering.

Requirements:
- Interior rendering: Moderate detail with detailed furniture and decor
- Exterior rendering: Moderate detail with more details and textures
