House Exterior Design
Budget: $10 – $100 USD
I’m giving my building a fresh, contemporary facelift and need a complete exterior design that captures a clean, modern aesthetic. The facade should feel current, balanced, and inviting from every angle.
What I’m looking for:
• Concept development that clearly showcases a modern style—think streamlined geometry, balanced proportions, and minimal ornamentation.
• At least 7 high-resolution renderings (day and night views) that show overall massing, material interplay, and lighting ideas.
• Annotated elevation drawings highlighting proposed finishes, textures, and color palette recommendations.
• A concise material board suggesting suitable modern options (for example, glass panels, metal cladding, smooth concrete) without locking into anything until we review together.
• Source files in a common 3D format such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max so revisions are straightforward.
