Hospital Sanitizer Robot Model

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I’m building a physical prototype of a hospital-sanitizing robot and need a solid 3D model I can push straight to a printer. The core purpose is surface sanitization, so the design must clearly integrate both UV-light emitters and a disinfectant-spray system.

The robot should be able to manoeuvre through a typical patient room or office and “see” everything you would expect inside—chairs, tables, desks, sinks and similar fixtures—so please include outward-facing sensors (LIDAR or depth cameras are fine) in the shell design to communicate that capability. Overall aesthetics can stay simple and functional; I’m more concerned with clear component placement and printability than flashy styling. Please make this very simple and easy looking. I don’t want it to look professionally done. I want it to look like an amateur did it but they took their time in doing so if that makes sense.

Preferred workflow: you create a parametric CAD file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or comparable), export an STL set optimised for FDM printing, and supply a short assembly guide showing where the UV modules, nozzle array, battery bay and mainboard slide in. Dimensions should target a prototype about 30–35 cm tall, but keep wall thicknesses and tolerances reasonable for standard 0.4 mm nozzles.
