I’m redesigning my living room, kitchen, and bedroom and I need a detailed 3-dimensional plan that shows how everything will look and fit together before I start purchasing furniture or knocking down walls. The overall mood I’m after is clean, uncluttered, and distinctly minimalist, yet softened with a pastel palette rather than the usual neutrals.

I will share measurements, photos, and any architectural drawings I have as soon as we start. In return I’d like:
• A full 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or comparable) with accurate dimensions for each space.
• High-quality static renders that clearly show materials, colors, and lighting.
• A walkthrough video or orbit animation so I can experience the flow from one room to the next.

Please keep fixtures, cabinetry, and larger furniture pieces flexible enough for later swaps, but show realistic placement, storage solutions, and lighting options that honour the minimalist look. Soft pastels should be the dominant accents, balanced with plenty of negative space so the rooms don’t feel busy.

Final files should be supplied in both the native project format and an exchange format (FBX or OBJ) along with JPEG or PNG renders.
