Hillside Landscape Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are seeking an experienced landscape designer to create a comprehensive design for both the front and back yards of our 1-acre hillside lot. Looking for 3d renders based on our actual contour survey DWG's, DWG house footprint placements, Sketchup (or obj files) rough-in of garage and home, and actual existing tree and boulder outcropping placements, and incorporating features from full surveyor's LIDAR point cloud whole-lot scans, and modeling a the surface materials of a handful of actual existing landscape features from the fine-resolution .e57 and/or photographs. Ideally would like fly-through capability viewable in VR on a meta quest 2 if possible.

- Plantings
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in hillside landscaping
- Proficiency in designing walkable walking paths following least-incline (no steps).
- Knowledge of diverse plantings suitable for hillsides, including understanding NorCal WUI constraints and fire prevention.
Shared drive showing the survey and pictures of the site. (pointcloud is massive, so will arrange file share if needed for proposal after reviewing your portfolio).
