Highly Detailed School 3D Model
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m commissioning a full 3D recreation of a school that will ultimately be displayed on a 4’ × 4’ base, so every dimension in the file needs to respect that overall footprint. The building should combine modern and classical cues—a mixed style where glass and steel wings sit comfortably beside more traditional brick façades.
My priority is realism. Both exterior and interior must be built out, textured, and lit, with classrooms and administrative offices fully furnished: desks, seating, storage, boards, computers, door hardware, ceiling fixtures—everything that makes the spaces feel alive. Corridors, stairwells, entrances, landscaping, and roof details should tie the model together so it reads as a complete campus. Sports areas or cafeterias can remain as placeholders; classrooms and offices are the only mandatory interior zones to finish at presentation quality.
Because I may 3D-print sections later, clean topology and watertight geometry matter. Organise the file so major elements (shell, floors, furniture) sit on clear layers or collections. I’m comfortable with Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya, and I’ll also need an exchange format like FBX or OBJ to keep the workflow flexible.
Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Native project file with named layers/collections
• FBX/OBJ export at correct scale (fits 4’ × 4’)
• Textures and lighting assets packed or in a linked folder
• Screenshots or a short viewport turntable proving fidelity before final hand-off
If you’re confident in high-detail architectural modelling and can blend classical and modern elements seamlessly, I’m ready to get started.
