Wave Panel STL file need as per reference file_Urgent
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a production-ready STL for a decorative wall panel that combines a flowing wave motif with a precise surface grid.
Panel specs
• Overall size: 10 ft x 5 ft (3048 mm x 1524 mm).
• Structural base: 1 in (25 mm) thick, supporting wave relief that rises up to 6 in (150 mm).
• Edges: every exterior edge must carry a smooth fillet—no sharp corners anywhere.
• Surface texture: across the entire panel a 30 mm x 30 mm grid is to be milled as 2 mm-wide, 2 mm-deep grooves, sitting on top of (and conforming to) the wave form.
• File type: single or tiled STL, ready for 3-axis CNC machining. Please organise the axes so the part imports at full scale.
Wave reference
I already have a reference image that shows the style and rhythm of the waves; I will upload it with the project files as soon as the job opens.
Workflow expectations
I’ll review screenshots or low-res renders first, request adjustments until the wave profile, grid alignment, and edge radii look perfect, then give the green light for the final high-resolution export.
Deliverables
1. Preview renders for approval (JPG/PNG).
2. Final STL at full resolution; if the size exceeds common machine beds, include a logically split version with alignment dowels.
3. Short note on the modelling software and units used, just to avoid any import surprises.
Once the final STL passes a quick tool-path simulation on my end, the project is complete.
