Site Context: Building is to be modeled as simplified blocks only, with the main entrance shown as a recess. Landscape design is focused around this entrance area.
Condition: Milestones are only payable upon client-approved quality (see KPI clause below)

Milestone 1 – Base Landscape Model (Gray/White)
Deliverable: Full 3D model of the landscape area including terrain, grading, hardscape, softscape massing
Includes: Building shown as simplified massing (white block) with recessed main entrance; all key site elements placed
KPI: Accurate modeling per site plan; clean geometry; nothing missing
Deadline: Sunday, 21:00 (GMT+3)
Review: Yes – architectural markup expected
Payment: 20%

Milestone 2 – Materials, Textures & Planting
Deliverable: Application of accurate materials (paving, deck, stone, water, etc.) and full planting composition
Includes: Planting layout with soft layering, regional logic, and reference consistency
KPI: No placeholders; textures and planting aligned with mood references; realistic and varied
Deadline: Monday, 12:00 (GMT+3)
Review: Yes
Payment: 25%


Milestone 3 – Morning Lighting Setup
Deliverable: Morning-time lighting scheme with natural daylight setup (no night or artificial lighting)
KPI: Soft, realistic morning shadows; correct orientation; no flat lighting
Deadline: Monday, 21:00 (GMT+3)
Review: Yes – natural light rendering only
Payment: 15%


Milestone 4 – Final A4 Renders
Deliverable: 3 finalized renders in A4 size, post-produced and presentation-ready (including 1 plan view)
Includes: Full color grading, vegetation detailing, and clean image composition
KPI: A4 resolution; presentation-ready standard; no artifacts or missing content
Deadline: Tuesday, 18:00 (GMT+3)
Review: Yes – one round of final edits expected
Payment: 30%


Milestone 5 – Final Adjustments & File Delivery
Deliverable: Implementation of final client comments + delivery of final A4 images (and source files if agreed)
KPI: All feedback resolved; high-res exports clean and labeled
Deadline: Tuesday, 21:00 (GMT+3)
Review: Final pass
Payment: 10%


Quality Control / KPI Clause
All milestone payments are conditional upon achieving client-approved quality. Work must meet architectural standards for realism, spatial accuracy, and presentation clarity. One revision round per milestone is included. No milestone will be released until submission is complete and accepted.
