Job Title: Cantilever Deck Renders

Overview:
Create six high-quality renders based on the attached clear-span reference. Renders will show cantilevered decks at two height categories:

Less than 1000 mm above ground

More than 1000 mm above ground

Each render must illustrate the correct post, bearer, joist, and front beam arrangement.

Design Details

General Notes

Posts and Bearer 3 must be dropped so the bearer sits flush beneath the joists, allowing the joists to run over the top.

A front beam is required in every render, as shown in the provided reference image.

Use the supplied example image for style and layout guidance.

Additional Note:
You’ve previously produced renders for this project, so you should be able to open your existing files and adjust them as needed.
Please also create a Clear Span set with posts extended to 1000 mm so the decks appear taller.
