High-End 3D Home Design & Landscaping (
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Project Description: (Updated)
We are building a 4-level modern custom home (including basement) with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and are seeking a talented architectural designer or studio to create a complete set of 3D and 2D renderings.
This includes:
High-end interior and exterior renderings
General plotting of the house onto the land parcel (no engineering detail required)
Connection to main road, driveway, backyard, and garden space
Light landscaping design to show overall flow and aesthetics
Finishing choices that reflect luxury quality but realistic and buildable materials
Renderings will be used for marketing, permit coordination, and construction planning.
Scope of Work
Produce 50–60 high-resolution 3D renderings of interior and exterior spaces
Apply a clean, modern contemporary design aesthetic
Accurately show the house’s placement on the plot (approximate layout only, not survey-grade)
Include connection points to driveway, road, and backyard design
Provide basic landscaping visuals (plantings, lighting, patio concepts, etc.)
Use materials and finishes that are realistic, available, and cost-practical
Include a brief material/finish description for major rooms (e.g., flooring, cabinetry, countertops, façade)
Designs should reflect top-tier finishes, aligned with local comparables (which we will provide)
Minor adjustments may be requested to reflect government/permit requirements
What We’ll Provide:
Autodesk conceptual design link
Sample renderings from a previous project for quality reference
Structural design files (shared upon awarding project)
Survey map (for general reference—not for exact plotting)
Photos of the current backyard
Optional walkthrough videos of current property and comparable homes
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Experience in high-end residential 3D rendering
Strong design sensibility in modern and contemporary styles
Ability to suggest pragmatic, premium material finishes
Proficiency in software such as Autodesk, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, 3ds Max, etc.
Attention to both aesthetic and buildable realism
