High-Detailed 3D Model Creation in .STL and .STEP

I need a skilled 3D artist to build a high-fidelity model that I can showcase in photorealistic renders. The finished asset must be delivered in both .STL and .STEP formats so I can reuse it across different software pipelines.

Scope
• Model must match reference dimensions precisely and hold up in close-up visualization.
• Surface quality should be presentation-ready—no visible faceting or shading artifacts.
• Clean, well-organized layers and naming for easy edits later.

Deliverables
1. Final high-detail 3D file in .STL.
2. Matching .STEP file with preserved parametric data.
3. Preview render(s) that prove the mesh is free of issues.

The Concept is i got some pictures of 2 different High Heels and i need it to be reshaped in 3D
Must be modeled in an European Shoe Size "EU 37"

If you normally work in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender, or a similar package, let me know; I’m flexible on tool choice as long as the exports are flawless. Please share a link to two or three previous visualization-grade models so I can gauge style and precision.
