High-Detail Interior 3D Rendering
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have finalized architectural plans for a new space and now need a photorealistic interior rendering that I can use in marketing campaigns—think web banners, social posts, and brochure spreads. The focus is strictly on the interior; no exterior shots are required.
Scope
• Translate my CAD/PDF plans and finishes schedule into a high-detail 3D model.
• Apply realistic lighting, materials, and textures that match the specified design palette.
• Deliver 2–3 ultra-high-resolution still images (minimum 4K) plus one 360º panorama for interactive viewing.
• Provide the raw source file (3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp) and layered PSD/EXR outputs for my in-house team.
• Include up to two rounds of refinements to nail color accuracy, furniture placement, and branding elements.
What I’ll supply
- Floor plans, elevations, and sections in DWG/PDF
- Sample materials and furniture descriptions.
Preferred skill set
Photorealistic rendering expertise with V-Ray, Corona, or Cycles; strong grasp of interior lighting; experience producing marketing-grade visuals.
Timeline
Draft preview within one week of project start, final files within two weeks after feedback.
