HOA Patio Rendering Needed - 30/09/2025 21:48 EDT
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a clean, HOA-ready rendering that shows a traditional paved patio built with Belgarde Amaretto pavers and centered around a built-in fire pit. The image (or short series of images) must be presentation-quality so I can attach it directly to my architectural review submission.
I will supply site photos, rough dimensions, and the HOA’s submittal guidelines. From that, I’m expecting a scaled plan view plus at least one eye-level 3-D perspective that clearly illustrates the layout, pattern, and color of the pavers, the fire-pit structure, and how both tie into the house façade. A simple material legend and overall measurements should appear on the plan so the committee can verify setbacks and total square footage at a glance.
Please use whatever design software you’re comfortable with—SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or another tool—as long as the final deliverables are high-resolution JPEG/PNG (for quick email sharing) and a PDF with the plan annotations. If revisions are required to satisfy the HOA, one round of tweaks is part of the scope.

concrete, brick, or unilock brick materials. Wooden decks must be left natural or stained in
clear or wood tone colors only. No deck/patio construction can extend into side yards beyond
the rear corners of the house without the express written approval of the ARC. No deck shall be
constructed within five (5) feet of a rear lot line. Decks more than 18” above grade must have
lattice screening under the deck. Requirements of the county or state regulatory agencies may
be more restrictive than above. The more restrictive condition shall be enforced.
