3D Gulf Wedding Design (Images + Video)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m producing a high-end Gulf wedding and need the entire venue visualised in 3D. The space includes a richly decorated kosha, a stage facing it, a modern-sleek bride’s catwalk, guest dining areas, and side lounges.
Kosha direction
The bride’s seating area must feel opulent: layered floral arrangements, sumptuous fabrics, and custom lighting are non-negotiable. Think soft uplighting on intricate florals, textured drapery, and a throne-like loveseat that photographs beautifully.
Other key zones
• Stage: sized to balance the kosha, finished with complimentary detailing.
• Catwalk: clean lines and contemporary materials; it should read “modern and sleek” while still harmonising with the overall Gulf aesthetic.
• Guest tables, chairs, and sofa lounges: layouts that keep sight-lines clear to the stage and catwalk.
Deliverables
1. High-resolution, photo-real stills (front, side, top and any hero angles I request).
2. A short walkthrough animation that guides viewers from entrance to kosha.
3. Editable source files—3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender are all acceptable, so choose whichever gives you the strongest result.
4. Two revision rounds included so I can fine-tune décor, colours, or lighting before final sign-off.
Quality expectations
Your portfolio should already feature Gulf or luxury event setups, with realistic materials, accurate scale, and refined lighting (V-Ray, Corona, or equivalent). Final renders will be shown directly to the client, so crispness and subtle detail are essential.
Timeline is flexible enough for quality work; share a brief schedule in your proposal along with relevant samples. I look forward to seeing how you’ll bring this celebration to life.
