Glass Cosmetic Bottle Supply & Design

I’m launching a new cosmetics range and need two things in tandem:

1. A reliable factory that can manufacture high-quality glass cosmetic bottles at the best possible MOQ and price.
2. A refined 3D bottle design based on the AI-generated concept I already have.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Factory sourcing & validation
– Identify at least three qualified glass bottle manufacturers.
– Provide MOQ, unit cost at different volumes, mold cost, lead time, and shipping options.
– Show recent QC reports or certifications (ISO, GMP, etc.) where available.
– Share clear photos or short videos of similar bottles they have produced.

• 3D design refinement
– Clean up and enhance my AI concept so it’s production-ready.
– Deliver an editable 3D file (STEP or IGES preferred) plus high-resolution renders for approval.
– Ensure dimensions, neck finish, and wall thickness meet standard cosmetic-industry specs.
– Optimize the design for cost-efficient molding without sacrificing aesthetics.

To keep the project on track, please outline your workflow, typical turnaround times, and any previous glass cosmetics projects you’ve handled. If you already partner with plastic or metal container factories as well, let me know; future packaging phases may expand into those materials.
