3D Geometric Speaker Grill Design

I need two circular speaker grills modeled for resin printing:

• Grill A: 430 mm diameter
• Grill B: 330 mm diameter
• Shared spec: overall thickness no more than 15 mm

The look I’m after is a detailed geometric pattern—plenty of open air, minimal material, and small, evenly distributed holes for sound transparency. Please keep the structure thin yet sturdy enough for a typical SLA/MSLA resin print.

Deliverables
1. Separate, print-ready STL files for each grill
2. Design sized exactly to the dimensions above, centered at origin
3. Surfaces manifold, with wall thicknesses appropriate for resin (no paper-thin artifacts)

A simple screenshot or quick render showing the pattern on each grill will help me confirm the aesthetic before final export.

I’m aiming for a straightforward, print-ready model rather than an elaborate production kit, so efficiency and clean geometry are key. If you’ve designed lightweight speaker or ventilation covers before—especially with geometric motifs—let me know; that experience will be a plus.
