3-D General Golf Headcover
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I want to turn the attached photo of “the General” into a fully sculpted driver headcover. The cover must fit a standard 460 cc driver, hold its shape in three dimensions, and stand up to years of bag chatter.
Material & build
• Body: choose either durable 900 D polyester or a good-hand synthetic leather—whichever lets you capture the sculpted details cleanly while remaining weather-resistant.
• Neck: a tan stretch-elastic sleeve that matches the General’s trousers exactly, sewn to the base so the club slides in smoothly yet stays secure.
Key likeness points
The finished piece has to look unmistakably like the General. That means crisp facial features, accurate uniform details, the correct overall silhouette, and his name tag reproduced in the right spot.
Preferred flow
1. Share rough sketches or quick 3-D mock-ups so we can lock the pose and proportions.
2. Move to detailed patterning / sculpting and agree on fabric swatches (I’ll approve the tan elastic match).
3. Produce and ship one finished sample; photos from every angle before shipping are fine.
