Futuristic Surreal 3D Model

I'm seeking a skilled 3D artist to create a surreal, futuristic interior space model for use on a volume wall. We are filmmaker that just invested in a 30ftx15ft LED volume wall. We want to test it out, and are looking to shoot a couple of short video clips using two backgrounds.
We have 2-d imagery depicting our scenes, we are looking for someone to turn them into 3-d, so we can use them on our screen.
#1 A geometric interior space that is completely tiled in red, glossy tiles, with a few square pillars in the foreground.
#2 A narrow alleyway in a near future Tokyo at night. Neon signs, power lines, wet pavement, etc.
Requirements:
- A surreal, futuristic design with dream-like elements
- High-quality 3D modeling skills
- Experience with interior spaces
-An eye for stylized, specific, high-end imagery
Ideal candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects. Please include your portfolio and relevant experience in your bid.
