Futuristic Protagonist Concept Art

I’m building out the visual bible for a sci-fi / cyberpunk story and I need a standout piece of concept art that defines the protagonist. The character should radiate a neutral, highly professional presence—someone who feels at home in a disciplined military unit but still looks at ease stalking neon-lit streets.
Core look
• Outfit: a fusion of sleek tactical gear and visible integrated technology—think smart-fabric panels, data ports, HUD visors—layered with subtle Gothic fashion cues (dark palettes, sharp silhouettes, muted ornamentation).
• Protective details should feel functional rather than bulky; lightweight armor inserts are fine if they stay true to the streamlined silhouette.
Weapons & accessories
The hero carries a hybrid load-out that seamlessly shifts between ranged and melee combat. Please design a sword and a light weight side-arm.
Deliverables
1. Full-body, colored concept sheet (front and rear views).
2. Call-out illustrations for the hybrid weapon in both modes.
3. Close-ups of noteworthy tech or Gothic details (visor, gauntlet interface, etc.).
4. Layered file (PSD or similar) so my team can isolate elements for motion tests.

Start with a quick silhouette pass and grayscale sketch so I can lock proportions and overall vibe. Once approved, move on to color, surface materials, and weapon breakdowns. Final hand-off should be high-resolution, ready for print and screen use.
