Fusion 360 Mechanical Refinement/Redesign – Oscillating Tool Attachment (DFM Ready)

I have a working Fusion 360 model of a patented oscillating tool attachment. The existing Fusion 360 assembly was intentionally created to clearly communicate structure, function, and motion — primarily for patent and legal review. That objective has been met. The file needs a professional mechanical redesign and full DFM (Design for Manufacturability) refinement for prototype production. The assembly includes both polymer (injection-molded) and metal (CNC or stamped) components with a unique mounting interface. Proper wall thickness, draft angles, tolerances, and realistic fits are critical.

You will receive my current Fusion files. Your task is to rebuild or refine the model so that:
• All components are cleanly structured and clearly named
• The design is fully parametric with a clean timeline
• Plastic parts are injection-mold ready (draft, uniform walls, proper radii)
• Metal parts are optimized for CNC/stamping
• Fits and tolerances reflect real manufacturing constraints
• STEP/STL exports pass DFM review
• The final model must remain editable so geometry can be adjusted after prototype testing.

Deliverables
• Clean native Fusion 360 (.f3d) files
• STEP assembly + individual part files
• STL files (if applicable)
• Basic 2D manufacturing drawings with dimensions and tolerances.
• Share progress in native Fusion files at milestones so I can review parameters and design intent.

I will handle testing. I need rock-solid modeling that translates directly to tooling.
