3D Furnished Apartment Visualization

I have a complete 2-D floor plan of my apartment and now need it transformed into a fully furnished 3-D model. The look I’m after is clean, modern and consistent throughout the living room, kitchen and bedroom.

Along with static renders, I would also like an “interstice 3D” version—essentially an interior-focused, walk-through file that lets me orbit and inspect every corner.

Please take my plan, build accurate walls, openings and ceiling heights from it, furnish each space in a contemporary style, apply realistic lighting and materials, and deliver:

• High-resolution stills for each room
• A navigable 3-D file (FBX, SketchUp, or similar) so I can view the model interactively
• The original editable project file for future tweaks

Everything should match the dimensions in the plan precisely; furniture scale and material choices must feel believable for a modern apartment. Once the first draft is ready I’ll give consolidated feedback, and after any refinements I’ll sign off on the final package.
