Furnished Apartment 3D Floorplan Render

I need a photo-realistic 3D floor-plan of my apartment, fully furnished and laid out to scale. You will receive the 2D architectural drawing with exact measurements and a few reference photos of the space; from there I’d like you to translate the layout into a single, top-down perspective render that clearly shows furniture placement, materials, and lighting.

I’m flexible on furniture style and colour palette, so feel free to suggest what best complements the space—modern, classic, minimalist, neutral or vibrant, I’m open to ideas as long as the result looks cohesive and realistic. Accurate proportion is crucial; every wall, doorway, and built-in must match the plan I provide.

Deliverables
• One high-resolution (4K) furnished floor-plan render in PNG or JPEG
• 2–3 additional stills from eye-level or isometric angles for context
• Native project file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Blender—your choice) so future edits remain possible

Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions within ±2 cm of the supplied plan
• Furniture scaled correctly and placed logically (doors, traffic flow, etc.)
• Clean textures, balanced lighting, no clipping or floating objects

If you typically work in SketchUp + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, 3ds Max + Corona, or similar pipelines, just let me know; I’m comfortable with any of those.
