Functional Rock Barrier Design

I'm looking for a designer to create a large rock that will function as a barrier on private property with patches of green, moss and water.
Requirements:
- I already have a rock 12X9X6 feet in size.
- I have ideas as to how to make this as barrier with greens, moss and water.
- Ineed a pasrt/full time time intern who knows 3D well.
