Functional 3D Design and Printing

I'm seeking a skilled 3D designer and printer to create a functional part using PLA material. The design is intended for practical use, and precision is key.
We need a fake nail ring holder that holds 10 fake nail rings in place (nail facing down) to allow for easy application during a quick transition back stage. Ideally with this item the performer can apply all 10 fake nail rings at once, instead of one at a time.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
- Experience with 3D printing, specifically with PLA
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate, functional designs
- Previous portfolio of similar projects is a plus
