Full Property 3D Design

I need one cohesive 3D model that captures every aspect of my home—interior rooms, exterior architecture, hard-scaping, and the surrounding landscape—so I can visualise how the whole property comes together before construction begins. The model must flow seamlessly from living spaces out to patios, garden beds, driveways, and all other outdoor elements.

All living areas, façade details, and the complete yard belong in the same scene; separate files or disconnected models will not work for this project. I expect clean geometry, accurate materials, and lighting that reflects real-world conditions so the renders feel believable.

Deliverables
• Editable master model (native file in the software of your choice plus an interchange format such as FBX or OBJ)
• High-resolution still renders that showcase key viewpoints inside and out
• A brief walkthrough animation or fly-through so I can judge spatial flow
