Full Home 3D Render & Animation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a complete floor plan for a single-family home and need it transformed into a polished 3D experience that shows both the exterior architecture and the entire interior. For the inside, every room—from the foyer right through to the bedrooms and bathrooms—should feel move-in ready: realistic materials, accurate lighting, and decor that clearly communicates scale and atmosphere. The bedrooms and bathrooms are especially important; I want them rendered with the highest level of detail, including textures, reflections, and layered lighting that looks photo-real in close-ups.
Alongside a set of high-resolution stills for presentation boards, I also need a smooth fly-through animation that takes viewers from an exterior curb-view, through the front door, and on a logical path around the house. The final video should be ready for web and large-screen display.
Typical tools on similar projects have been 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Unreal Engine—use whichever pipeline you’re most efficient with as long as the end result meets the realism and polish described above. I will supply the floor plan (DWG/PDF) and reference images the moment we start; source files should come back with the finished package so I can request tweaks later if needed.
Key acceptance criteria
• Exterior and full-house interior rendered to a consistent, photo-real quality
• Bedrooms and bathrooms feature detailed furniture, fixtures, textures, and lighting visible in close-ups
• Minimum deliverables: 10+ still images (4K) plus one continuous walk-through video (60–90 s, Full HD or higher)
• Source project files delivered in their native format alongside export assets
If this fits your skill set and you’re confident you can achieve that level of realism, let’s get started.
