3D Front Shop Signage

I need a detailed 3-dimensional concept for my shopfront, with special attention on how the main signage sits within the façade. The core goal is to visualise the exterior clearly enough that I can hand the files to my fabricator and contractor without further tweaks.

Scope
• Create a full 3D model of the storefront façade.
• Integrate the shop’s primary sign so its scale, placement and lighting feel convincing from street level.
• Provide two to three daylight render angles that show materials and colour accurately.

Deliverables
1. Native model file (SketchUp, 3ds, or similar) plus an exported universal format (.fbx or .obj).
2. High-resolution JPEG/PNG renders (minimum 3000 px on the longest side).
3. One round of minor revisions after I review the first draft.

Acceptance criteria
• Signage must be clearly readable at pedestrian eye height in the renders.
• All elements align with real-world dimensions I will supply once we start.
• Final files open without missing textures or assets.
