Front Elevation Render Needed
Budget: $10 – $110 CAD
I need a clean, photo-realistic front elevation render for a single-family home. I will supply the base PDF elevation and site picture, plus the exact brick colour and siding profile I have already chosen. Either work off the pdfs or use the street picture for the render. An example of the sort of render I am looking for is attached also, just a reference, basically a daytime render.
Scope
• One high-resolution rendering of the home’s front façade that clearly shows texture, colour, and overall massing.
• Apply my provided brick and siding references exactly; close colour matching is essential.
• Include basic lighting and landscaping placeholders just enough to give the façade context—no interior views or additional angles are required at this stage. Driveway is concrete.
Deliverables
• Final image in JPG or PNG (3000 px wide or larger).
• Source file from your preferred tool (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar) so I can request tweaks later if needed.
I’m aiming for a quick turnaround, so let me know how soon you can deliver once you receive the files. A short round of minor touch-ups is fine if colours or materials need slight adjustment to match my references.
